Not sure of the exact details as information seems a little thin (can't seem to find this on routesonline)... looks like BI has retimed their MEL flights for an 1840 departure rather than previously scheduled 1300. This means connections to places such as BKK are no longer possible without an overnight (and in some cases almost 24 hour) stop in BWN. The immediate connection to SIN has also gone.
The inbound still arrives from BWN at 0540 - so this might be for crewing reasons to give them a 12 hour rest period?
New flight numbers apply (BI 5 and BI 6 rather than the previous BI53 and 54)
Flights for the next couple of days still on the old schedule.
BI is pretty good at calling pax to adivse of changes, but if you have booked through a TA it might be worth investigating on your own.
London flights are timed well, perhaps the schedule change partly accommodates the new non-stop BWN-LHR (cutting out the stop in DXB).
