I know this info is probably somewhere, but i cant find it, so apologise if it seems a silly ?, being a Saturday cant phone qantas FF either. Can someone tell me how you actually go about purchasing the Round the World tickets with your points , think its the called Explorer for 140,000 points? Is it done on the One World site or Qantas site. Im throwing up between getting an Emirates flight via Dubai to Istanbul for 56,000 and $170 ea way (worried this flight will become unavailable on my dates soon), then ? buying a return flight to States from Istanbul ( have a wedding in Idaho on 6th July, friend in Kentucky and niece in NYC to visit) unfortunately wedding date will cut my turkey holiday short so want to return to finish it, then fly home via Amman/Jordon with a 1 week stop off there. Leaving Aust. June 3 or 4 returning late July. Or is the States component likely to be to hard /costly at this late stage to get flights.
