Well the terms of the offer did state:

Please allow up to eight weeks after the registration period, ending 1 November 2018, for the 10,000 bonus Qantas Points to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account with the description 'Credit Card Bonus Points’.

Agree. I didn't think the points would be awarded until at least November. As soon as they are awarded I'll be cancelling that card.

The small print at the bottom of the offer seems to indicate that it's the bank:

Points are offered by the relevant Card Partner and their reward program and accrue in accordance with the relevant Card Partner's reward program terms and conditions. Contact the relevant Card Partner for more information.

What do you think? There may be quite a few of us who'll be needing to know.

Likely to be Qantas. But I wouldn't be worrying about this yet.

If they they have not posy by the start of 2019, then I would chase up.
