Refunding JASA

Sorry i did a search on JASA refunds and i have done so myself previous but it was purely points. This is slightly different.

How much will i get back in points and ?taxes? if i am refunding one of those 96000k + $600 JASA Oz to lax? (as it is not purely points)

Does what you get back change depending on proximity to date of travel?

I understand most of the points should come back + a penalty for changing, but how about the $600 i used to reduce point burn?

And a side question, how about a concurrent infant "fare". Any penalty related to the change?

It depends upon the fare rules at the time of booking.

Thanks Serfty , I had already checked and couldn't find a solid answer in those. Might call up the WP line soon and see what they say, except its not my ticket..... it's for my wife therefore hope they are willing to discuss. Esp regarding the infant side of things. hope the person i get knows what they are talking about!!
