Refunded QF Points not adding to my total balance?

So nearly 3 months ago I cancelled Reward tickets on JQ, the taxes were refunded in a few days but no points.

Today I decided to rectify the issue and rang CS.

It didn’t take to long, and I refreshed the web page and can see the points refunded minus the point fees in my account statement however my total balance of points did not change?

Is there a lag in the system? Should I be concerned?

Log off and on again - often the points tally does not update until you do so.

Happy to report on the QF app all is well and it is showing the correct points total
Unusual however that on my PC the QF website is still showing the old balance? Logged on and off a few times.
Perhaps a cookie or saved data issue...
