Hi,

I purchased flights (Adelaide to Sydney and return) on 16 March 2022 via Qantas website and paid the cost in full (almost 13.5K) and received confirmation via email on the same day.

I noticed that I have been charged again 6 separate transactions on 17th and 18th of March 2022. I am disappointed with your customer services agent's response who implied that this is a common technical issue and cannot be resolved unless we follow up every 15 days until it's actioned.

Does anyone have any idea how I can received my refund asap? Thanks.
