Referral Bonus

I called Amex to change limits on Velocity card and Reserve card and sought advice on getting more points. For existing members who aren’t usually eligible for sign-on bonus, referral looks like best way to collect points, for self and new members.

Unless they’re excluded in promotions I’ll try referring family members.

It is by far the best way .

Amex also run promotions of their referral program too.

To give you an idea, a platinum charge card referral link gives me 45,000 MR points (no matter the card they choose). Every now and then they will up this to 60,000 MR points.
