Hi all

As part of the booking process my PA uses the manage my booking function to pick my seats. Odd thing happened today - she went in and picked seats - I saw some were a couple of rows back so logged in to check myself (equipment type questions etc.). When I logged in I was able to pick front row of whY in every case and she had only been able to see WP seats - i.e. second row back on the 763.

Is this normal?

Cheers

I tried without logging on and saw WP type availability for a domestic flight booking I have.

I then logged on to an NB account and there was no difference.

Finally, logged out of that and tried again and still saw WP type availability.

Maybe it was a short term glitch? Have you tried again (without logging on)?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

She will show me what availability she has when the next booking is done. I will then log in and compare it.
