Book SIN-LHR
Leave it a few days and phone up and try and change the route to PER-SIN-LHR and pay the change fee of $25
There are available redemption seat on the PER-SIN flight
So it's booking the route from the start, but modifying it to it
??

Thought that might be the case, but it was worth askingWith SQ it does not work. If you can’t find PER-LHR redemptions then the only way to get two non marriageable sectors to work is to do an Advantage booking with a stopover of more than 24 hours.
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
You can try, of course, but you’d risk paying a penalty for a cancelled flight if it doesn’t work - plus missing availability for what could have worked.Thought that might be the case, but it was worth asking
