Redeeming EY GuestMiles Impossible

Hi Anyone else having problems ditching their few remaining EY Guestmiles? Use o use mine on AA Transcon Flagship First and redemptions for goods. 2.5 months ago treid to redeem miles for more good through EY store and my account deacctivated. After a month of calls and emails and incmpetence at EY Guest Service Center still unbable to use my miles - what is the issue? Do I need t ocomplain to ACCC so they cansee I am like others being marketed a product in Australia which impossible to redeem? I only ever flew EY First once, and after being reprimanded by FA from wherever for going back to my seat in EY First Appartment I decided NEVER EVER t owaste miles on Etihad aka oil-less Abu Dhabia again Worse than oil-less Emirates no? qatatr doesnt have these issues
