Carry on only into MEL from SQ217 (business class A380 upper deck) to taxi was 12 mins when I did it 2 weeks ago. Lovely

From my memory, I travelled on J to Melbourne with Royal Brunei on 13/6. The plane landed around 5:45 and parked at probably the furthest gate. I did a quick stop at a duty free, went to e-passport thing, picked up my luggage, and went through without showing Express pass. A few minutes later on a taxi I checked my watch which showed 6:15. Not too bad, I guess.

Last weds morning getting of QF128 in Syd...2 adults, 2 kids so no smart gate , 3 large suitcases. 21 minutes from plane door to hire car door.

27th June, LHR T4. Arrived off EY17 in F. From the wheels hitting the ground to the chauffeur drive, with checked baggage and the standard Heathrow service (see Immigration) probably just over 20 minutes including waiting for customs

SYD has always been the fastest for me. At least 75% of the time, it takes 10 mins or less to get from the door of the plane to the pick-up area.

I've been getting good runs out from SYD as well. I go through the smart gate while the +1 uses the express queue. Priority luggage works quite well most of the time. And with Hertz, I don't have to go to the counter inside the terminal, so I just head straight out to the car park.

12Oct16 LHR T3 arr QF9 F. From stepping out of plane to bum on seat of chauffeur drive 17 min and that's with a knee reco I had 6 weeks earlier on my ACL and the immigration officer deciding to look through every page of my passport and have a chat. Didn't use the express lane pass since queues short and the highlight for me, which I wasn't expecting, was that my suitcase had beaten me to the carousel which was already waiting for me on carousel 2 (despite having a F tag on it, it was actually one of the first off)
My driver wasn't expecting me through so soon and he had me to The Albert Memorial in around 35 min. Fantastic. But that's when I lucked out. After turning left to cut through Hyde Park we came to a standstill. Got stuck due to some protest rally and I was only around 5 min from hotel. Had to chuck a U'ey and after clearing the traffic jam and driving around the park, got me finally to hotel. Total drive time 1hr 20min

I've arrived at LAX and been at the gate for my flight to ORD within 20 minutes once

I've done sub ten minutes BNE arrival to domestic transfer bus.

I remember not being held up in the slightest and when taking a seat on the bus thinking to myself I only landed a cpl minutes ago.
