Yes, it got stuck on my todo list, and never really progressed. But now I have one.

There is supposed to be an animation of a baby crying here. It was displaying last night without any glitches, but now. :? I think it does not display because they keep moving directories and servers.

There are many on this website "www.gifanimations.com". This does not seem to display properly either with a link from AFF. To open it you will have to use your browser and then search for the approriate animation. The one I suggested is under category babies and is called "crying_baby_2".

I have noticed that some of the responses posting to AFF have been slow the last couple of weeks.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

It could just be my ISP as I don't really do too much surfing on the internet to compare with other websites. QF seems to be OK, FT is usually slow for me anyway and I have seen the problems with FT documented here on AFF.

I haven't really noticed any change in the performance. I've always found posting a little slow.

Edit to add: This particular post was lightning fast in posting.

I am still using dial-up with bigpond. They could be slowing it down intentionally to get everyone to use ADSL.
