Question about Hilton HHonors and Diners points

This is my first post . I would like to clarify whether points transfers from Diners count towards status qualification for HiltonHonors?

No only base points count-ie the 10 points per $US.Any bonus points(and that includes specials advertised as double or triple base points) do not count.Where taxes are charged separately usually they will not get points.Transfers also do not count for status.But hhonors do at least give you nights,stays or base points to qualify for status.
