hey guys,
Last year I missed out on gold by 15 SC's :( Now my QP membership has run out and I am going to renew it.

I have 3 'Vouchers' linked to my account, they are for amounts ranging from $550-$1900.

My simple question for you guys, do you know if it is possible for me to use one of my credits (the one for $550) to pay the $400-odd renew fee? I am not concearned about losing the remainder of the credit amount etc.

Also I assume I need to talk to Qantas, I'm currently at work in PNG and can't find the number to ring when outside of Australia. If anyone could help me out with that I will give them a call :)

Thanks guys

I doubt a voucher that usually states it has to be used only for Qantas flights, will be allowed to be used to renew the QP, unfortunately.

15 SC's short! Uggh! ... if only you'd found AFF sooner, this would probably not have been an issue. :-|

Other than that, $3K+ worth of vouchers? Are they 'paper' or 'electronic', if the former than they could be turned into some quite useful SC's.

I doubt you'll be able to use 'electtronic' vouchers for QP membership, maybe more chance with Paper.

hey guys

The vouchers are simply electronic credits in my account. I think it's silly, I am willing to us $550 worth of credit for a $420 bill, so they would technically be 'up' $130 as the remainder of the credit is lost which I am fine with.

Thanks for the phone number, I will give them a call tomorrow and let you guys know what happens..
