Looks like a cosmetic makeover rather than more functionality, but easy on the eye.

I'm having all sorts of issues with it. It won't even load the home page fully (three dots in the 2 centre panels as if it's loading but never does) and page layout is all over the place on other pages. Have tried 3 browsers and the same on all. Anyone else experiencing issues?

Home page has difficulty loading for me. Other pages seem ok.

Looks ok, don't really know why they changed it? Marketing department bored?

Won't load properly for me either, I just see the framework. (Disabled flash and that still failed)

Looks like stuiff that was on the bottom has been moved to the left side (more fitting for widescreen/16:9 format)

Good point is they have kept the inobtrusive horizontal menu bars.

There's a great new option though to the upper right "Site Section" where you can do away with the bulldust.

Looks like Qantas is using the same mob that Singapore Airlines uses for their webpage development...

:p

Yes, I'm having big issues too. Can no longer successfully access options after having logged on to the full site through my Blackberry. Seems OK for desktop but I have tried my Blackberry a number of times over last 2 or 3 days and no good.Very annoying as I want to access flight details and check timetables through my Blackberry while travelling -- don't have the luxury of sitting down at a desk. The limited mobile phone site still works on Blackberry -- it's the full site (with its greater functionality) which is not working. Please fix Qantas!

Home page is messed up for me also - looks like a coding error in their script. Seems odd that they would go live on a web page update without actually checking using a handful of browsers.

It's not Safari or Chrome friendly on this here mac. #irritating #whyreinventthewheel

One would think this update would be done. Like early this morning not now on a busy Friday.

Not working on my iPad just get the dreaded dots like others.

Not working for me on internet explorer pc at work

edit: did manage to log on after refresh while still 'loading' works fine once in 'my account'

I assume that the rollout (at some time this morning - 4am/3am etc) went smoothly and all tests worked. However, for whatever reason, the website content can't handle the higher loads that the usual traffic causes. So it's now "broken".

Interesting issue, Qantas will hopefully sort it out soon.

PS - I don't think it's a browser specific issue.

iPad, Safari and Firefox all show the old site. It looks like QAN has realised it is unstable/unusable and pulled it.

It looks like they have indeed reverted to yesterday's version!

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Still getting weird things in the "Upgrade" page for existing bookings. Not all sectors show, and nothing to indicate what I have or have not requested. Eeeck.
