Just had QF63 SYD-JNB F released for 30 Nov, ExpertFlyer was showing A8 on that route. This was for a ticket initially booked as a CR in J.

Tried for the return leg QF64 JNB-SYD on 12 Dec, ExpertFlyer shows A9, but rejected. Again this was for a CR seat in J. Asked for a review but was told that I could not request a manual review as this is only for P1?

Anyway, pretty happy to have scored the outbound flight at least!
Thanks for the data point. If you don't mind me asking, were the original flights in J booked through a Platinum release as well? How early did you make that booking/request?

I'm eyeing 2x seats in J/F for next year Oct/Nov, but don't know how lucky I'll be with the Cricket World Cup on at the same time .....
