Request was put in but apparently the droid has been 'out all day' so need to wait...

Called again today. This time straight through without a Grand Tour of Pointless Transfers or having to pick a number that allegedly matched my status like it was some kind of loyalty-themed escape room. However, apparently 'the droid is still broken'. Is it just me?
