What do you think?I used to be able to open award seats as a Bronze (J & F seats). It did take complaining about an issue, hustle and escalating things. I would not recommend anyone doing this as its stressful for you and the other people on the line.
I must of been in really bad head space when I did this, I can't imagine doing it today.
I am looking for easy ways to get to and from Amman from Australia next year. Would be good to access Jordan via Paris.
I can see multiple dates in january and february with I9 on the direct PER-CDG services and also on the return BUT the lowest fare on individual one way bookings is "Business Saver"!
I've been told once already that no chance of a seat release on the one way sector- fair enough.
However, if I look at return fares , ie PER-CDG-PER, mostly, there are "Business Sale" Fares on the same flights.
I would be happy to fly PER-CDG- PER on my proposed OWA .
Has anyone had experience of persuading QFF when making a request for a business seat release for a return sector like the above where there are I9 fare classes available but no Saver seats on the individual one way sectors BUT Saver seats on exactly the same flights when flying return?
Pathetic we have gotten to this stage of accessing reward seats but .......
I am just not sure how to phrase my request (hopefully) to Hobart.
Any thoughts?
