Hi

New to all of this and looking for answers that are probably very simple but I have exhausted google!

1. How on earth do you use a QFF Credit Card lounge pass with a Jestar Flight? How do you add the flight to your QFF account?

Welcome to AFF @AFH76

Perhaps you can share your anticipated departure flight/date/timing etc and type of card/pass.
Lots of knowledgeable folk here to assist.

You need to head to the manage lounge passes page:

Once logged in scroll down and select the Jetstar booking option called "Link an invitation to your Jetstar flight booking".

Enter in your details manually and you'll get an email with a QR code to present at the lounge reception desk.

I am trying to link a lounge invitation to a Jetstar booking BNE-BKK and it is only offering BNE Qantas Club domestic lounge in the drop down box. This is before I even put my flight or date in which is nect month anyways. I noticed that other main airports with separate domestic and intl terminals are only specifying the domestic lounge to be linked MEL, CBR, PER as well as BNE. SYD is not shown at all.

My flight is not during school or any other kind of holiday season.

How do I get around this? Will they let me into BNE intl lounge if I select BNE domestic?

Is the pass you’ve got a domestic only one?
