Due to the latest COVID restrictions in NSW, a friend has had to cancel accommodation made using (133k) QFF points. I can only find a reference to ‘if a member is eligible for a refund’ but that’s it. Nothing in QF’s COVID response headers on their website. I’ve searched AFF and can’t find any previous discussion about this. Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks
