First post. Have just qualified for Gold status. When can I expect my card & luggage tags?

That depends on where you live. In Australia & NZ should arrive within a week or two. Elsewhere it may take longer.

Congratulations. In my experience it took around 2 weeks from the time I qualified Gold to receive the kit.
