QF3xx flight numbers are charters though, not regularly scheduled services for paying passengers.

After I saw the post about this extra flight, I checked the QF website and I saw this flight as available to book.

No, you were correct. QF3XX are charters and QF351/QF352 to Dili is funded by East Timor/Aus government so it is kind of like a charter. QF6xx_ are repositioning flights.

Most QFi flights starting wtih 3 are government contracts.

This is no longer true. QFi uses 3xx flight numbers on QantasLink operated flights.

The Palau route uses QF165/166, Norfolk Island uses QF183, QF184, QF179, QF180 and they are all gov contract flights (operated by a 737) meanwhile QF357/QF358 to/from HIR, QF359/360 to/from NOU, QF355/QF356 to/from WLG (Saturdays only) are all E190 flights not under contract operated by QantasLink.

QF361, QF362, QF363 and QF364 the XCH/CCK flight numbers just fir into the next free block after QF360 from NOU.

QF9 is getting a fuel stop in SIN it seems from 4 March and is now QF209.

This will be renumbered as QF219 with a later departure/arrival:

Doesn't look like it is - it's completely zero-ed out for the duration that it's operating for. However, so is QF1 so it could just be a function of there not being enough seats on the route.

I suspect Qantas will be using every spare seat to rebook people who are on cancelled EK codeshares.
