What's the go with the stopover and FLounge access?

Presumably it's an offload and into the Emirates FLounge?

As a WP or F pax? I thought QF WP flying through Dubai could only use the EK J lounge...

That is the common assumption on AFF but Qantas have not actually announced lounge access yet AFAIK.

That's what I heard. BUT with the "equality"thing on the agenda, that could of course change. I read something a while ago that the EK J lounge was a better experience anyway .....can't remember the details though

QF stated at the outset that where a higher benefit existed then the higher benefit would be applied. This does mean that EK need to introduce a new top tier and then grant them access to the F lounge. The lounges are huge by all reports though - almost like slightly exclusive airports (there is a duty free shop in the lounge).

An example of the higher benefit being applied would be the chauffeur service.

Will be going through DXB en route to LHR on QF metal in early April. Will make a point of posting my experience.
