Hi
I'm sure this general topic has been discussed but I can't find the thread.

On Sunday 30 April, QF7 to DFW was delayed by 24 hours. I needed to get to Montreal and Qantas rerouted me via HNL on QF3 and then UA218 and UA4688. Travel was booked in discount economy and I'm lifetime silver. So far I have been credited with 4,500 pts and 35 SC for the QF3 portion. Am I entitled to FF pt/sc that I would have received had I flown as originally booked?
thanks in advance.

I had a similar situation recently. When I emailed QFF requesting original routing credit they were very quick to respond and credited my account for the flights I booked but did not fly.

I actually ended up with my Original Routing Credit plus the Status Credits for the flight I was re-accommodated on........ At which point I remained quiet ;)

Thanks all - the ORC was applied within minutes of my call.
Unfortunately it was almost impossible to understand what the associate was saying but she knew to reverse the credit for the replacement flight.
Happy anyways as I also have a few UA points
