Am flying QF81/QF6 for a long weekend so been checking flights and flight loads.

Appears that this aircraft was cancelled in both directions today. Obviously passengers on return could be shifted to QF82, but much harder for the flight going out.

The cancellation occurred yesterday AM, well in advance of any departures today.

And QantasSource might provide part of the reason with military charter 747 QF6031 operating Rockhampton- Singapore. Surprised it still didn't come back as QF6, rather just a positioning flight as QF6026

Could always put pax who couldn't take QF81 onto BA or QF 8405 (EK) via MEL.

I doubt it, normally the charters don't result in cancellations at T-48, loads were very low on QF6, I suspect that's the reason, being mod week.

Loads also looking very low for my Sunday 17/11 return. Hoping it holds as I have an upgrade request in and J, as well as Y, very light.

Obviously the shift of hub to DXB is working well for QF on the SIN route
