I thought having drugs on flight to Singapore will land yourself killed?

There are also legal prescription drugs/medications, some that may not mix well with alcohol.

Moreover people are getting more aggressive after Covid, which I think some gentle reminders will help.

The most problematic people are unlikely to benefit or respond to a reminder. Meanwhile others will just feel patronised.

May have been intoxicated but the cabin altitude may have been the last straw

it is not uncommon for passengers to mix alcohol and drugs

Could be prescription pills too

Nothing, just saying and I suppose catching international flight intoxicated with drugs and alcohol together, even if not lead to bad behaviour on the flight, would still land you to trouble at customs upon arrival (unless it is your own country).

Certainly not prescription medication, or most OTC medications either. Lots of prison time for consuming illicit drugs. Death penalty for trafficking above certain quantities of illicit drugs. Not sure of relevance to this instance, traffickers usually don't attract attention to themselves or consume their bounty in a way that would expose them to its effects (unless something bursts).
