No, but have used train and that seems to be a similar price.

I guess it depends how far your hotel is from train station and how much luggage you have as I usually prefer to take the train. Faster, cleaner, safer...

But when I go to Sydney I never take more than one bag.....

For example, I love to turn up at a fancy 5 star hotel from the train station literally straight across the road instead of in a fancy car (which I don't have)....

 
Keep in mind that Qantas has nothing to do with the service provided. They merely cream a commission from anyone who books the service.

$14.12 is a decent price, but IMHO you'd probably get somewhere in CBD Syd just as easily by train for around the same price.

If you really want to use a Shuttle service into Sydney CBD, then find one that has good reviews and book with them directly. Adding in layers by booking through Qantas for such a simple service can only lead to potential issues.
