Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

You're from Melbourne right? You probably won't be allowed across the border.

Cheers
Andrew from Adelaide but in Sudeney

You're right, its rapidly approaching the time when it wll have less than six months of validity. I've heard the croweaters are pretty strict on these things.

As you wish. If you cannot understand the question, then it's not my problem. :)
I had a double take as well.

See Actualise's later post - they indicate they were referring to "Mr Qantas", not you - see post #11.

I suggest there are some borderline aggressive posts here - I don't want to have to start doing any housekeeping.

Well your name's Mark and not Eddy, so I guess you'll probably be fine (depending on what colours you're wearing).

Yagottalarf... I put a complaint on their "Customer Care" email thingy and they have a new massage:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. As a Gold Frequent Flyer, your
feedback is very important to us.

I would like to advise that a Customer Care Executive from our Premium Team
will be responding to your feedback shortly.

If your matter is urgent or involves your current travel plans, please call
13 13 13* and one of our Telephone Sales Consultants will be happy to
assist you. For contact details outside Australia please visit qantas.com.

Funny thing that - ironic even, but clearly the 131313 folks are having the same problem. The TSCs are not able to assist at all, and qantas.com is down.

I guess I should thank my lucky stars that they now have a Premium Team (I wondered what I paid a premium for) to respond "shortly"... in past experience they don't respond at all!

I can replicate the issue with both domestic and intnerational bookings.

If you simply want to check your booking, you should be able to bring it up on:

https://www.checkmytrip.com/

Simply use the PNR (Qantas [Amadeus] Booking reference) and your surname.

I understand your question. I will spell out the answer slowly.

I tried it. It spat out a message. (the bit in quotes)

My response to that message follows it... (not my response to you).

Now, I was also helpful... or tried to be... by telling you what I find useful for keeping track of my PNRs...

got it?

OK...with the further info I now see your context. :)
