Yep - can see booking for about 30 seconds by going in with booking reference number but then it reverts back to main page with its "unavailable at present" message. Really broke this time!

At least they now how a (cursory) outage message. It's frustrating when there isn't even an ETA
 
Site is still down...that's 19hrs for me not being able to log in to my FF account. Wonder how much money this is costing QF? I was fortunately able to change a booking over the phone last night and the lovely Agent didn't charge me the usual change fee!
 
Was available last night - now I can log in to my account but when I look to pull up my Activity Statement: it asks me to log in to my Account. Consistently.

This is going on for too long. Any sensible organisation would announce an outage - or at least recognize an issue - and commit to get it fixed.

Red Roo - what on earth is going on here??

There were intermittent issues with our website, however they've since been resolved.
