Hi everyone

Have just received confirmation that QF have signed an agreement with No1 Traveller Lounge in T3 LHR that will enable passengers to use the Spa facility. Not sure of the dates that it will take effect from nor the availability of the packages to P and P1 travelling in Y for example but will endeavour to find out.

Cheers

LHR travellers are obviously a litigious mob!

Obviously people like 'spa' treatments, so enjoy.

But they are not for me ...

I enjoy some of them but not at the airport. I know a few people who get a massage. My question is how long QF will carry this feature in F lounges while they continue to lose money? It's certainly never been on my list as a value add feature of WP.

I guess a positive that can be taken out is that QF are still actively maintaining their F product out of LHR.

How many lounges can Qantas customers now get into at LHR? It was confusing before with different rules for different lounges based on QFF status or OW status or Qantas club or cabin travelling in or actual metal you were flying on...

Ok as Promised here is the access details for the No 1 Lounge Spa

The Spa treatments in the No 1 Traveller Lounge – in line with the BA lounge will only be available to customers travelling in First. Due to the numbers of Platinum and Platinum One customers flying with us daily and the limited resources in the lounge we would be creating an unrealistic expectation if we extended the eligibility.

Additionally the Spa has only 2 therapists on duty which is planned to increase to 3 from the summer and of course as the lounge is a paid entry lounge, priority will go to their full lounge access customers first.

We will however be able to pre book a slot and this will be arranged through our First Host team here in London.

There are numerous treatments available which range from head, shoulder. leg and foot massages to mini facials.

So there you have it same as before First Class Customers only which is a shame would have been nice to have opened it up for Plat and Plat Ones But can underdtand why not given the limited resources.

Do you have any more details on how to book?
