QF1271 has the winning Nth Qld Cowboys team on board. Its going to be crazy at TSV airport when it arrives.

It was also delayed leaving Sydney by 30 min because the air bridge died and couldn't be separated from the aircraft! The cabin crew mentioned that the Cowboys obliged those on board with photos. TSV was absolutely heaving with well wishers in anticipation of their arrival. They certainly got the well deserved heroes' welcome home.

VH-EBC forms the 1940 QF583 service to PER this evening.

Thanks! There were five or six passengers in business and in the forward economy cabin I would say the load was about 40%. Didn't wander to the aft cabin.

There were only about 6 people in the whole aft cabin. I overheard the staff saying there were ~71pax on board (I assumed in economy).
QF1272 yesterday was much more loaded, apparently a navy ship had docked at TSV and it looked like a lot of them were on board, carrying packs etc.

Had a great weekend up in TSV, it was fantastic to be there when the Cowboys won, especially the way it went down!!
