QF reward use of Emirates business class lounge?

Hi

I am looking to book a QF reward flight with points PER to Doha via DBX so flying Emirates.

It's a mixed ticket as only DBX to DOH is in Business.

My question is about the DBX lounge and if I will be allowed access because the following Emirates website says "Business Class Special " must pay for access?

I also assume if I do get access then I can't take a guest in for free with me.

Also curious, although there might be another thread on this, if in transit 7 hours in DBX from morning to midday, is paying for the Business Class lounge worth it or booking a transit hotel room instead?

QF reward tickets get lounge access, so the business lounge for a business class reward ticket.

Access for one guest if travelling on the same flight.
