I am looking to use my QF points on a J reward on AB ( Air Berlin) between Berlin and AUH. I have noticed that AB include a limo transfer as part of the J product on this route, however it is not clear if it is available to passengers booked on a QF reward ticket.

Has anyone used QF points or another One World airline redemption on this route in J and did you get the limo transfer included( would only need it in Berlin)

Not something I've tried, but the question is do they differentiate between an award and cash fare.

A quick search pulls up this FT thread that suggests you should get the service regardless with a confirmed ticket.

Thanks Joshua ... The FT thread seems like i will get it

This part of the T&C was a little confusing as the flight ticket would be issued by Qantas

Passengers with flight tickets on other airlines (OAL) can only use the airberlin and Etihad Airways Chauffeur Service if their flight ticket has been issued by airberlin

Just a update ...I travelled this week and I was able to use the transfer service in Berlin to TXL . I had to call the local number 24hr prior to reserve the service. it was a very nice way to end my time in Berlin
