The code seems to be "CitiPrestige" according to the terms and conditions?
And according to the website.
Once logged in go to offers and it states there it's 'citiprestige'

I received an email recently too noting all changes, with priority pass etc.

Sorry I should have been clearer. ‘Citiprestige’ is showing the message ‘this promo code has expired’, prestige4n was accepted but no rebate has appeared from the booking. I was wondering if the Citiprestige code has had the expired message for others or it’s just me?

How many booking this year have you made for the 4th night free? Could you have exceeded your limit?

Did you work out what the issue was?

Not really, my best guess is they cancelled the promo code early as the credit eventually posted from using the prestige4n code. Took almost 2 weeks to post whereas other booking have been 1-2 days for credit to post. Support sent me a template email with the promotional T&Cs including the old code so were no help at all.

I have just in the last few weeks reached my minimum spend of 12k over 3 months (opened the card in April) having applied for the AFF 200k velocity offer.
Do I need to now change to Velocity autosweep before I get the bonus points credited? Or does it come as Citi Rewards Points? When are the points credited? Aren't some of the points only if you keep the card active for more than 12 months and pay a second annual fee?
Do I need to call up Citibank?

If you don't setup auto sweep your points will stay as Citi points.
In my case I left them as Citi points knowing Citi / Qatar have a 30% bonus offer to transfer Citi to avios each year. My 300k Citi pts went to 100k avios plus 30% plus the earned so bit more total. With 30% thrown on top. ~150k
You get the 2nd tranche after year 1 AF paid so 100k Citi pts equivalent to. 50k VFF.
I value avios more than VFF.

Points credited after each month statement.
Yes you have to apply online for autosweep to transfer Citi to VFF.
Your choice if you want velocity/ avios or Citi points.
Many reasons & permutations for each point type.
