Has anyone got their cancelled per-sin flight changed to jq receive any compensation?
Also has anyone had any luck on changing to MH/CX as per their commercial policy?
Ideally would be great if they let us switch to SQ.

Are SQ part of OW now?
No, that would be the best option of direct full service to full service.
MH are happy to put people on EK in the event of cancellations.
As my ticket is issued through .br can I go and call up qf direct?
Hi everyone, a family member was booked on QF 77/78 in late July. The route was recently axed by Qantas, so we were expecting something to change - change just came through today and she was put onto Jetstar Asia for PER-SIN-PER.
Is this normal procedure? I don't think Jetstar Asia is equivalent to 'full-service' Qantas! Has anyone been in a similar situation where their route/flight was cancelled and they were put onto a budget carrier? Would be interested in your experiences (or comments!)
Depends,
The alternative will be a longer flight via SYD I suspect.

... I look forward to hearing how others resolve the downgrade of service!
Why wouldn't they place you Per-Dxb-Mxp
There is already a sub-thread (or maybe off-topic discussion in another thread!)
What's the name of the thread? I'll have a read!

Don't know sorry - but I thought I saw a few of these things discussed in a more general thread such as "27th Feb Big QF Anouncement" or some such thread (probably 500+ posts by now) seemed to pop up as Off topic posts in a lot of different threads when the announcement of ceasing PER-SIN came out. I have found the internal search for posts on AFF pretty useless, if I have to find a thread that I can remember but cannot lay my hands on, I find that using google is actually better than the AFF thread search. Sorry I can't be more helpful than that.
