Has anyone found they've been able to OLCI for a QF flight at > T-24 ?

Recently flew PER-SYD-PER leaving Perth in the very early AM and returning early the same evening. OLCI'd for PER-SYD at ~ T-20 and found I was also able to OLCI (~ T-35) for SYD-PER.

Not sure if I discovered a new OLCI "feature".

Been able to OLCI same day returns for some time, even when the return journey is more than 24 hours out. It just needs to be within 12 hours of the outbound flight.

If you have a return trip on the same day you can check in online for both flights at the same time when your return trip is within 12 hours and on the same day as your flight out.

That's the thing - mine were 15 hours apart. Maybe just a quirk. No biggie.

See post #2 - understand the T&C's but don't consider them gospel.

In February, on check-in Friday I received a boarding pass for a domestic sector Sunday on the same bokking.
