Can’t make much use of this sale. J fares are good, but planning for the June long weekend in NZ and there’s a max two flights per day and only one is an A330. 8am doesn’t work for me.

@Kiwi_Flyer , There is now an ex NZ sail that fixes that!
Note this sale is on a 'return' basis - you do not get the cheap fares one way. Currently includes discounted Oz domestic connections in Business without an onerous fare increase, so can be very interesting especially fares to OOL via MEL ...

Yup. A few interesting options as well as some that combine into saver fare. Now what is the risk of inter-state border closures?

I just booked ex HBA-SYD-CHC-MEL-HBA in biz for <$1K. Excellent value; now just gotta jump through the travel restrictions eye of the needle.

I had a reroute via MEL when the direct flight was cancelled (not due to bubble pausing).

Another NZ sale is now on until 9 June with slightly higher fares in Economy...

Seems like Air NZ is matching the QF sale. Prices aren't the same but still worth checking out.

Interesting I can't find the sale fare ex-NZ (already got a classic reward for SYD-AKL, for WLG-SYD the dates I wanted to travel was $230 if booked as return from SYD, or $300+ if booked ex-WLG one way)

Interesting I can't find the sale fare ex-NZ
No, it's almost always been the case that the ex-AU and ex-NZ sales don't run at the same time. The last ex-NZ sale was last week, given they seem to be poping up every 4 weeks I wouldn't expect anything ex-NZ for a few weeks at least.
