QF International rewards extra comfort seat

Dunno! In any event a comfort seat can only be booked through the call centre, and pretty sure it can only be booked at the time you make the original booking as it has to be attached to one of the passengers. I’m not sure if you can add it in later to an existing PNR? My friends tried to book a comfort seat through QF and the agent made a mistake, creating and completing their booking before trying to add in the comfort seat… it didn’t end well
This was pre covid and normal,y the call centre was pretty good at booking extra seats. No idea how South Africa or Fiji would go.

Can be done, but has to be done through the call centre. Do not do it online.
