If you head on over to the Meetings and Social Events forum you’ll find sub-forums of years and months and threads within them where you can add your details. It’s a very easy system to use.

For example, I can see on the 24th May 2011, at the MEL F lounge you might run into trippin_the_rift, who will be there from 1400 to 1700.
