Jetstar flights are not eligible for Double Status Credits and never have been. .

EDIT - Sorry I mean normal status credits on flex fare, though in my instance i need it for an eligible flight

Some people may have another flight in the coming weeks and want the DSC sooner to reach the next tier.

So it’s entirely reasonable to be anxious. My ADL-MEL DSC credited the next day. Perhaps it’s not set but it can be pretty quick sometimes.

I did search for this but its quite hard to find info as all the results are talking about credit cards: if I am trying to rebook but can't see the flight combinations in the use your voucher tool, is it possible to call in and get them to put it through for me whilst remaining a moviegoer? I can see what I am trying to book in the regular tool, but not in the voucher tool : (
