Indeed, expecting something really lame, hyped up as marvellous. How about "100 bonus points per flight for up to 100 flights".:rolleyes:

The lame 3,000 bonus points offer got me thinking. Possibly targeted at the hardly ever flyer, for whom SCs are irrelevant, flying Y, where 3,000 points would make a bigger difference than say Y+ or J.

My google alert today includes this page on the QFF site (which must have just been published?). The page description in the alert is "Earn double Status Credits on eligible Qantas flights worldwide. Find out more details here." But when you click through it's a 404. The URL is a bit strange as well.

Very interesting. The 'closed' in the URL suggests it will not be open to all. Trialling a targeted DSC next week?
 
Will be interested to see the T&Cs if I get the offer. DSC on both domestic and international would be nice and an approx 12 month flying window would be nice too. I guess I’m dreaming...
 
Nice surprise to see that we were given double status credits on our last international sector, had forgotten that I registered for this trip.
Hopefully it will be the same going back next Tuesday and they will 'stick'.

I made a couple of bookings today, so if an offer lands on Tuesday... you’re welcome!
 
I made a domestic booking recently. If this offer covers domestic I might make another one as it would enable me to start to feel LTS is getting that little bit closer.
 
  • Make a new booking between 12.01am (AEDT) 28 October 2019 and 11.59pm (AEDT) 4 November 2019 for travel between 5 November 2019 and 22 October 2020 on any Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number.
  • Domestic and International Qantas operated flights with a Qantas 'QF' flight number in all cabins

Deeply disappointing that it won't be open to everyone.

I actually think a separate thread should be now made for this offer. I've just made it.

There is no ability to actually register. Appears to be targetted
 
yes i then logged in and re clicked the link and it congratulated me ,but no confirming email so guest its not for me. shame as I would have booked a few flights.without it I wont re qualify for plat as i have a lot of awards booked.

you can access it even without logging in with your QFF number. I can see this becoming headcahe for QF support if they don't take the page down.

I also got the DSC one mentioned above (for QF marketed-and-operated flights). I wonder how these will work together.

This 50% offer doesn't seem to have the verbiage about being only for the specific member who received the email, so may not be targeted?
