QF Domestic upgrade request ... how to modify/cancel?

As you can tell, I don't travel QF enough to know the probably simple technique!

Background: I booked some flights a while back (using the Amex credits) for domestic and international legs, with the system showing options for upgrades on all legs, but then only allowing the domestic leg to get the upgrade ... and even then it was "requested" rather than upgraded.

Within the actual booking management no changes can be made to the requested upgrade ... it seems the only option is back on the main page with the bookings listing, to select the "upgrade" link ... and then that may allow cancellation the original request - without making a new one???

Thanks for any solutions (aside from the 4 hour phone call!)

I’m not quite getting what you are trying to achieve as it isn’t clear? Are you trying to request an upgrade on the international legs?

Sorry - probably rambled on with too much info - I'm just trying to remove the "request" for the upgrade! ("Sacrebleu! Remove ze upgrade? Incroyable! He's taken leave of his senses!")

If you log on to your QFF account and go to your bookings then open up the actual flights, there should be an option to either upgrade/remove upgrade request.

It looks like you were in the correct place, just need to follow through.
