I am trying to book a classic award from Seoul - Perth in Feb 2015. I pop in the destinations, click ''Search partners awards" and am presented with the calender of availability. However when I select a date and then click Continue, the same calender just reloads.

I have tried Safari and Chrome on iPad and iPhone, and Firefox and Chrome on a desktop and have reset the cookies and cache on all. This issue doesn't occur when I search flight Narita to Perth.

Any ideas?

Wow, it's not just you. I just tried the same search and am having the same error.
It happens on all the days available except the 10th of Feb which loads as it should.
You could try the tenth or just call them. You will defiantly be able to get the booking fee waived.
Good Luck!

Call Qantas. I had an issue last week trying to book award space - reserved all the flights but then it wouldn't price. That was due to phantom availability (QF engine showing seats that weren't there).

Probably not the same issue here - but QF will be able to advise, or perhaps get you the space. I would ask them to waive the assisted booking fee if the seats are actually there but can't be booked on line.
