Looking at a booking in December and it is showing QF 5/6 to be A330 for at least the first two weeks.

Is this a permanent move anyone know?
I do prefer the A330 to the more cramped 3-4-3 747 that flies that route but it means no premium economy anymore for when the prices were close together.

It should only be December and January.

Qantas is using the 747 for SYD-BKK and vv.

Qantas are operating the A330 on 5/6 now, usually in the middle of the week, I would expect that to continue and possible expand next year to cover more days outside of the Xmas swap over. If you get the refurb 744 its good, prefer the A330 if OJA/C are operating.
