Never mind I was trying to buy Avios by mistake. sorted myself out and fingers crossedI have just tried but it says I need to have early 1k points to be able to buy. Am I missing something?

The full 540 points would cost about $13k even with the 40% off.email received, if you wanted to buy Qpoints to keep status, I didnt click thru to find out. But looks like i will have a soft fall to Gold.

So will give purchasing Avios a go. Also have some with BA so will transfer as well.
I was able to log in with no problems.
Downgraded to Gold with 40 QCredits loaded and 4 lounge passes showing in my account.
I went to silver from Gold having purchased 1 QpointI was downgraded to Burgundy from gold despite buying 1 Qpoint. Is this what happened to others?

Check your email. I had an issue a few days ago where my OTP wasn’t being sent by text but arrived as an email still.Good news on this, MrsMac has dropped to gold, and I expect I will be the same.
Bad news is that I can’t login and check my account as the OTP is not being sent. Anyone else experienced or experiencing the same?
Same here, I can't login to check. Tried logging in via both the app and browser and I am not receiving the OTP via SMS to my phone. Same. OTP going to email fine. Have a flight with QR AUH-DOH in F next week and then DOH-ADL in J a few days later so Platinum would have been handy for another week but can’t complainI didn't get a phone OTP but email fine. As expected Platinum dropped to Gold with 40 upgrade points. I had previously credited one flight to QR
