Long time lurker, first time poster. As a data point - I applied on the 18th of May and when I checked the app, the resolved date was the 24th of May. This morning, I called Qatar Airways to follow up and was told the service request has been processed based on the resolved date, so I should allow 10 business days for the status change to process. Therefore it should update by this weekend..

Well damn, I have nothing in the service request section. Perhaps they did not receive the email
You can create your own service request on the app and they will let you know if they received it

Same. I submitted my info on the afternoon of the 20th May with everything required. Haven't had a response nor anything in the service request area showing. I just flicked a follow up email replying to my intitial one to see if they received it....

I submitted my manually produced statement from Velocity on 27 May (after sending everything else on 18 May) and just got a message via the contact centre that it had been received and my status match request was now being reviewed. They said I would receive an email once it was processed.

I was looking at this thread so logged into my account on Qatar website which was still showing as burgundy though the ticket said ''Resolved" like PSS's.

Just received email from Qatar matching Krisflyer Gold to Qatar Privilege Club Gold. Very happy now that I get Gold in both OW and Star Alliance :)

Iy is evident in my user name that Platinum would be a long, long way for me 😥
