This is the Qantas Wine equivalent of "...if you change my flights and it results in net positive SC, then that's your decision. If you change my flights and it results in net negative, then I demand ORC!!"

I’m currently in the same drama. Waiting on an Aramex delivery from over a month ago, which itself was a replacement for a December order where QF sent the wrong (and lower quality) wine.

Disappointing QF Wine has become so sloppy.

Plymouth Gin (my favourite and not easy to find) 1 litre at $79.99 also very reasonable. No PCP discount though and no bonus points
