Just to report back. Contacted Qantas Wine directly and spoke to helpful staff (within 90 seconds of calling), managed to manually apply the coupons without issue. Thanks to all for help

However when i briefly dropped from points club it appears they removed the premium wine membership, and despite still having the amex and now being points club again, my Premium membership is still MIA.

What is best contact to get this reinstated?

Also QF ine used to occasionally have non alcohol options like fudge and chocolate, is it just me or have these been removed?

Sort of same happened to me, had permanent Premium membership for decades but after also qualifying via points club the Premium membership ceased when I dropped from points club. I talked to qfa wine, they wouldn't do anything. So joined qfa biz rewards (free to join sometimes) just for the free Premium wine membership. Permanent again.

You could try but it’s probably sold out. When I clicked on that offer, it took me to a mixed white/red box instead. As you probably saw also.

I don’t recall seeing it yesterday while I was browsing and shopping, although I was primarily looking for bonus points offers (I ended buying the Biz mixed red doz with 10k bonus pts and used my $50 voucher).

That was a typo in the heading for the email, and an incorrect link for a double fail. The picture interested me and I found the deal on the Qantas site yesterday - was a mixed white pack of business and lounge whites and sparkling. I grabbed a pack as it was $120 after PC voucher and 10%. Definitely nothing F standard but for $10 a bottle seemed ok.

@Sprucegoose had the quoted reply twice in his response and the full sentence ws partly after the first quote and partly after the second quote. As it was, made less sense, so I joined the sentence together and took out the second quote. Voila

FWIW I am not PC+ but I have done a deal with QW for a sixer @ $459 and >19,000 pts - I am happy with this as Tally is a staple at Hacienda Corso

Now as much as every man and his dog are barking that QF pts are nigh on useless and rdpts are impossible to find - I am the eternal optimist and I will use the stash I have ASPIT so happy to hoard more when they come along - obviously one size don't fit all and YMMV
