Qantas wine $50 points club voucher - No promo code Box!

Hey all,
I can see I have a $50 QF wine club voucher. I’ve been attempting to use it at part payment of a $282 case. I’ve tried entering the code into the ‘promo code’ box but to no avail, I’ve got right to the end of the process but I can’t find a box to enter the voucher code into. Any ideas?

Call Qantas wine club, I think it's 1800 505 004, and they should process.

Just closing the loop on this. I had the same issue but I contacted QF and they re-issued me a new a voucher.

You are supposed to enter the voucher code in the "promo" box (or whatever it currently is) but I suspect older vouchers were invalidated when they switched over to the new and not necessarily improved QF Wine website.

So if you have a voucher issued more than 3 mths ago and it's not working, it would pay to contact them. I just used the webform and selected QF Wine.

Yes, older vouchers mostly did not work and across other members I've spoken to all had the same issue and had to contact Qantas obviously I probably waiting for a response.

I couldn't get a brand new voucher to work, so called and the agent couldn't figure it out either. He processed the order and refunded me the value of the voucher.

Yep. That’s what I did plus my parallel question to QF help desk resulted in a new voucher also!

Call QF Wine directly on the 1800 number. Usually answer very quickly.
