Qantas TSA Pre - where do I enter my KTN?

Manage my Booking doesn't have anywhere to enter my Known Traveller Number (KTN)
Online Checkin didn't have a place to enter a KTN

Where do I input it to get access to TSA Pre benefits when departing the USA?

Note - redress <> KTN

(UPDATE: called Qantas, they say they've entered it - still not on any screen when I manage my booking or check-in)

My flights get booked through a useless travel agent company and as I always end up with a US domestic flight as part of the trip my KTN gets added to the booking, however, when my boarding passes get printed out TSA Pre-Check appears on my Australia to US flight, but not on the domestic US ones!!

It shouldn't be a major problem though if it's not on the boarding pass as they should scan your passport and see you have it.
